This easy to wear button front tunic shirt was upcycled from several men’s shirts and soft cotton tees. The sleeves are small flare sleeves in a soft cotton black and white plaid that match the shirts large plaid side pockets. The hem line is lengthened using several upcycled black and white shirts in a soft pleated ruffle.
The sides were widened and made more figure friendly by the addition of black tee shirt panels with a tiny bit of ribbon elastic at the underarm. I love this style as it is as beautiful as it is comfortable to wear. This top is tunic length but does button up the front so wear it open as an over shirt or wear it as a tunic top. The sleeves cover the arms but have a bit of open flare at the bottom for ease and airiness.
This one of a kind top is fully washable and sure to become your wardrobe favorite. I have sized it as a 2X but be sure to review the measurements below to ensure a perfect fit.
