This beautiful upcycled black and gray tee shirt top has just the right amount of swing. The cape style with enclosed sides gives this top a comfortable one size fit. The top is fashioned with a gray flower on black graphic tee. The gathered skirted bottom is made from a light polyester skirt in black and a gray abstract print.
