Upcycled Denim Bog Coat: Handmade Patchwork Jacket with Embroidered Pockets

This unique bog coat is made from a patchwork of black and blue denim fabrics. It was upcycled from many pairs of jeans. Bog coats are easy fitting minimal waste designed. In keeping with this zero waste intent, I assembled approximately 35 10” squares of a variety of denim pieces into a rectangle of fabric and two extra squares that I embroidered with a wind swept dandelion for the pockets. The front of the coat is trimmed with black bias binding and there are four denim loops that form the front closure around four large vintage buttons.
This coat is over sized and comfortable. It will fit from a L to a 2X fashionably over sized. To insure a perfect fit for you please review the measurements below.
