This Upcycled ruffled collar short sleeve cotton blouse is one of a kind special. The cotton blouse is a beautiful summer color plaid and light blue check and was upcycled from several men’s shirts. The pleated front and back makes the top an easy fitting plus size. The ruffled collar is a combination of the blue check and the plaid cotton. Notice the two large yellow side pockets. To add a bit of emphasis across the center back, several of the shirt cuffs are stitched and crossed over to give a more slimming silhouette.
I have sized this as a 2x but check the measurements below to ensure a perfect fit.
