This beautiful tee shirt tunic dress, was upcycled from a red tee shirt with a beaded lizard, cow print cotton and a flowered dress, as well as some beautiful yellow and red heart printed jersey. The tee shirt was cut in a high low Assymetric style to give the dress a bit of flare. This hem line is a mix of high low and split seam, giving it a twirly quirky feel.
Making these special tee shirt dresses from rescued pieces gives them a new story to tell. Because the pieces used have led a former life, they may have small variations in coloring, but all are sturdy and special. This should be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and can be dried in the dryer on warm.
I have sized this as a 2X, but please review the measurements below to ensure a perfect fit.
