These Handmade plus size bloomers are crafted from a flowered with blue striped cotton vintage sheet. These have a fabric ruffled hem with second small gathered vintage crochet lace ruffle layered on top of the larger ruffle. I have sized this as a 3X, but review the measurements below to ensure a perfect fit.
These are perfect for summer parties or as casual lounge wear. The cotton is soft and perfect.
