The vintage hankies used In this creation have beautiful roses, mums, daffodils and daisies in complimentary shades of aqua with pops of pink, teal and rust. The center bottom hankie has a unique image of an old fashioned carousel. The waist ties are extra long and are made with a Dusrt pink rose grosgrain ribbon. These ties are long to allow for a beautiful bow in the front as pictured. Look closely on the side to see the hidden hankie pocket in aqua with cream crocheted edging. The lining of the apron is a quilt quality white cotton. All of these details add to the special beauty of this apron. I love the little pockets to keep my cell phone or recipe cards handy.

All vintage linens are inspected and carefully laundered before use in my designs.

Due to the delicate nature of the handkerchiefs, this apron should be laundered using a gentle cycle and cold water. A few minutes in a cool dryer or air dry is also recommended. The hankies may be ironed, but wrinkles should simply fall out if misted and hung to dry.
