The flared A line style and hi low hem line make this easy to wear as either a dress or a top over your tights or leggings. The back hem features a ruffle at the hem that matches the crinkle side panels. .
The aqua blue and purple button front shirt is soft lightweight cotton From J Jill and the purple side panels, pockets, and ruffle hem are a crinkle pleated polyester from a women’s blouse. This was a beautiful pairing of two cast off shirts. The front side has one two pocketS made from the purple shirt.
